Joanna obtained her Master’s degree in English Philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has an extensive experience and knowledge of international funds business and building efficient and fast-growing organizations. She is a former country head of BlackRock, managing director and country head of Allianz Investment Bank AG (Austria) and vice-president at JPMorgan Asset Management. Joanna has proven achievements in launching new financial products (registration of JPMorgan funds for retail distribution) and generating outstanding net sales results (over 3-fold increase in AUM of BlackRockfunds in 2 years).
