Paul has a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from University of Quebec in Montreal and The Warsaw School of Economics, and holds Licensure as a Professional Engineer in the US state of Minnesota. Paul moved to Warsaw from Minnesota, USA in 2006. Shortlyafter arriving in 2006 he was at the GE R&D facility in Warsaw as a program manager to integrate operations in Warsaw with offices in the United States and Italy. He holds four patents for the treatment of cardiac defects and laparoscopic electro-surgery.
